All the staffs & maintenance team has been very nice & attentive. They are always there to answer your concerns & needs. “Living here has been a wonderful experience. They have community activities for all and children, your safety is their priority. They keep the place well kept and there are more updates coming, I am sad to miss it. I can’t say enough about the office staff and maintenance crew, they go above and beyond and very respectful and helpful. I am only moving due to a job relocation or I would not be moving. Oh and the pest control is a bonus along with w/d in unit and utilities are very affordable. I am really going to miss it here. I thank all staff here for everything and wish all the best. Oh, and the grounds, another plus, the trees , and landscape are awesome.”

“Timberlane Village Apartments will have to be one of the best affordable living complexes in the KC south area. With their newly updated units and beautiful landscape compliments their friendly staff. I’ve been a resident for 12 years and its been been nothing but five star quality! Very comfortable living with a upscale vibe.”

“I’ve been a resident at Timberlane Village Apartments for close to 9 months and I’m blown away by the quality of life here. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the pool and fitness center are always clean and well-stocked, and the park-like setting is perfect for relaxing after a long day. 🌳🌴 The staff is always helpful, gracious and courteous. I’ve had a an incredibly tough year – Inga and Christian have been patient and understanding! If you’re looking for a great place to live, look no further than Timberlane Village! 🌟👏”

“I’ve visited my sister twice already and let me just say I fell in love with Timberlane Village. The grounds are very well kept. We took a walk all around and I truly loved the community and how clean it was. I also love all the amenities they have. I came in the summer and loved the pool/fitness center also very clean and well kept. I would eventually love to move and rent at Timberlane village when my lease is up at my current apartment.”

“I’ve came to visit my sister and her family multiple times and I am impressed with the apartment complexes! Very clean, very tidy, very demure 🤌🏻 we loved it so much, we are considering moving from Illinois. I love that they have pools and there’s even grills by the pool area. 10/10 I recommend”

“Timberlane Village is honestly the best complex I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are great and actually worth the money. I also appreciate how quiet it is and how clean they keep the grounds. The best part is the office staff are all kind, super attentive and the maintenance crew has always responded in a timely manner no matter the issue or concern. I’ve lived here over a year and recently extended my lease. Until I decide to purchase a home of my own, I’ll call Timberlane home.”

“I lived at Timberlane Village for 15 years. It’s a bitter sweet moment because I purchased my first home but, at the same time miss being around all the good people from management to the girls in the leasing office to the great maintenance team that take care of things in a timely manner and are the best at what they do. You can tell it’s a strong unit because everyone has been there without employee turnover. I love you all. It was a smooth transition, and I appreciate everything that Regina did for me. “Timerlane is a very pleasant place to be, the upkeep is generally equally as pleasant. You have nice shops near by for the most part so there is never a crazy drive if you need groceries, or smaller need. It’s overall cozy if you want to get away from city life. Home should feel “Cozy”, and that is what Timerlane is to me.”

“We have lived here for almost a year now, and just renewed our lease for another year after considering moving because it is a little pricey, but we were unable to find a property in the area we liked as much as this one. I must say I wish the community fee could be broken up into optional fees compared to one big fee, as we rarely have available time to use the pool or gym during their hours (or if they could extend the hours for us night workers that’d be so much better). The rent after the fee is pretty expensive, however after looking around to see what other properties offer, it’s not actually that bad. I would probably give 5 starts if they would have renovated our unit better before …

“My time here has been great so far. The area is quiet for the most part, clean and maintenance responds fairly quickly and gets the job done. The only issue I have so far is the valet trash, which seems to barely come to my building and if I am paying for a service I would like to use it but other than that it is a nice place to live.”
